Description

This sandbox puzzle features a FMN ligand binder design by spvincent from Puzzle 2231. This design does a great job of making H-bonds with the buried polar atoms of the FMN ligand target. However, the AlphaFold prediction for this design has a low confidence, so it's uncertain whether this protein would fold well in the lab! For more, check out the latest Foldit Lab Report on YouTube!
