Description

NOTE- there was a mistake in this puzzle and so it was closed early and no points allocated. The structure of this protein has already been solved and published, but close inspection suggests that there are some problems with the published solution. We'd like to see if Foldit players can use the same electron density data to reconstruct a better model.

Also, this puzzle does not match the AA sequence in the description! It appears to be a repeat of Puzzle 2241.

This puzzle appears to have been cancelled early. That's probably because it was a duplicate, as noted by grogar7. The puzzle still awarded points, however. The original expiration was 4 January, instead it expired on 1 January.

Yep, since the website switch we actually hadn't needed to do that process yet, and so it took a bit to figure out the best way to do that; should be done now.
