Description

This is our sixth Quest to the Native Puzzle, which is a repost of 146: Rosetta Decoy 9. This puzzle includes a ghost of the native structure, which has score 10805.876. Many Foldit players were able to get close to the native in Rosetta Decoy 9, but the goal of this puzzle is to see how much closer you can get given the native ghost! Only the buried sidechains will be shown on the native ghost.
