We are trying to post Quest to the Native puzzles soon after the Mini-CASP solved structures have been released, so that the puzzles are still fresh in your minds. The native solution to Mini-CASP 4 was released last week so we are giving it to you as a guide, which has a score of 11193. Only the buried sidechains will be shown on the native guide. This puzzle is also an Exploration Puzzle, your score will not register unless you explore far from the starting puzzle.
