The taller the letter at each position, the higher the probability of that specific secondary structure for that amino acid.

For example, the amino acid Alanine at residue 10 is highly predicted to be part of a helix. However, the two Valines at residues 40 and 41 are both predicted to have an equal probability of being in a sheet or loop!
