Description

Here is Mini-CASP 20 again, this time with the secondary structure predictions. We want to see how well you can do in just a couple days when starting from an extended chain, before we give you alignments to work with. The taller the letter at each position, the higher the probability of that specific secondary structure for that amino acid.

For example, the amino acid Phenylalanine at residue 120 is highly predicted to be part of a sheet. However, the Lysine at residue 43 is predicted to have an equal probability of being anything.
