Description

Our 20th CASP target is a tough one. It does have 5 templates but they don't span the entire protein. You'll need to look at where the 5 different templates agree, move the different alignments around where they don't, and try using the partial threading as well. For the unaligned end of the protein, you'll need to use all your folding skills!
