Description

We are giving you CASP9 Puzzle 5 again, but this time with the native structure as a guide. Use the alignment tool and try to match the native as much as possible. The template is already very close to the native, so this should be an easy Alignment Tool puzzle (for once!). After threading, make sure to press G to Align the Guide. You can turn the guide off by pressing 'Shift-S' if at first you want more of a challenge! For players with fewer than 150 global points.
