The ...WXCXW... motif adopts a remarkably stable homodimer structure. In fact, it's so tiny, it is difficult to use as a building block for bioengineering; it needs to be larger but retain rigidity. Otherwise anything goes: beta sheets, alpha helix docking, rigid loops, you name it. We've given you 20 extra residues to play with. See what you can do! (Hint: select some residues, set secondary structure to sheet or helix, and hit Rebuild for some quick helices or sheets)

Because we want to preserve the frozen sheets and disulfide bond across the symmetric interface, we had to turn off the move tool and lock residue 7 as well.
