This is a repost of Puzzle 571: Tissue Regeneration Design Puzzle, but with a new filter that should help with the scoring artifacts that were prevalent in that puzzle.

More background on this puzzle can be found in the original blogpost: http://fold.it/portal/node/992888

I'm seeing a message in the bonus/condition box message Residue IE Score: lost (-239)

I'm guessing that it might have something to do with the Helix integrity, but pulling the helix out and rebuilding it actually lowered the value to (-275). What exactly does this mean (also, what is "IE")? I have no idea how to fix it, though I'll continue to play with it.

I asked in global but no one else knew for sure.

I've clicked on the Show button (inside the box and beneath the message) and it obscures part of the protein as if it was sunk in an opaque red liquid.

Evening

I'll also post this on the thread that you mentioned above.

As it stands, ResidueIE info makes 633 unplayable, at least for me, once you find a negative seg score. It's like trying to play a puzzle with the 'isosurface' option on. It's swamping system/CPU resources, rendering any other work you try to do, outside of FoldClub, very difficult.

I had to shut the foldit client down, just to be able to post this feedback. It's not a 'crashing' bug, it's just a 'rapaciously thirsty' code.

I'm done with this puzzle too. It crashes after I go to sleep and crashes before I get home from work. When it doesn't crash it slows everything down to a crawl.

Is anyone that is having problems NOT using a PC?

We are trying to get this resolved ASAP, if you can help answer tamirh's questions hopefully we can find the issue quickly: http://fold.it/portal/node/993596#comment-19940

Thanks again for your patience and we really apologize for this.
When we posted it in devprev there we no reports that it was unplayable or crashed this often!

Hopefully we can get this filter working properly as it should, so we can post the many exciting design puzzles that we have lined up!
