We're moving up to a 40 residue version of our previous ring-tetramer puzzle to go along with the dimer of timders. Increasing the number of residues makes your designs more likely to fold up in nature. Remember, a symmetric protein relies not only on how well-folded each chain is, but also on how well they interface together.
