Intermediate Intermediate Design Design Symmetry SymmetryThis particular puzzle is a test-run involving a potentially very useful hydrogen-producing catalyst, attached to four symmetric chains. For now, we just want to see what sorts of interesting structures you can come up with (see the new blogpost for more details). We’re using the "ResidueIE filter" again to make it tougher to expose hydrophobic residues and bury polar groups.
The connection between the hub and the beginnings of each chain looks a bit unusual right now, but it behaves similarly to a regular peptide bond.
