This is a repost of Puzzle 571: Tissue Regeneration Design Puzzle, but with a new filter that should help with the scoring artifacts that were prevalent in that puzzle. We tried this with puzzle 633 but the ResidueIE filter was broken and this caused windows machines to crash. With the ResidueIE filter fixed, we wanted to try the puzzle again.

More background on this puzzle can be found in the original blogpost: http://fold.it/portal/node/992888
