Description

This is a the same protein as Puzzle 640 (Frizzled with a wider pocket than Puzzle 659) but this time the helix is unlocked. You can mutate any residue on the helix but none on Frizzled. We still have the new "Residue Interaction Energy" filter. Natural proteins avoid putting Tryptophan, Phenylalanine, and Tyrosine on the surface. However, Foldit often gives a score bonus if you load up the surface of your design with Tryptophan. The ResidueIE filter helps to counteract that, helping you make more useful designs. More details in the puzzle comments.

We are aware of the fact that the residueIE filter complains about certain residues on the surface of the native Frizzled protein (this has been brought up before:
http://fold.it/portal/node/993602#comment-20813 ) but unfortunately the fix for this isn't in the latest update, so you'll have to ignore those for now.

This is similar to any clashes you ever find in locked regions: every player will have them and there is nothing that you can do about it, so it's best to just ignore them for now.

(But we realize that it is annoying to see those negative scores, so in the future we will try to get rid of them).
