This is a puzzle where you can redesign part of a player-designed protein. Galaxie's top-scoring solution from Puzzle 720 shows promise in the Baker Lab's folding simulations, but one loop seems to be a little troublesome. Help us redesign this loop to find a solution that will fold up properly! You can insert up to four residues and mutate residues near the loop, but most of the protein is frozen in this puzzle.
