I'm one of the developers of FoldIt and the co-architect of miniRosetta, the object-oriented rewrite of the Rosetta molecular modeling program on which FoldIt is built. I'm interested in algorithms in computational structural biology and have developed and published several new algorithms for protein folding and protein design. As a current post-doc in David Baker's lab, I'm interested in extending Rosetta's protein design functionality for small molecule design (i.e. drug design).
