First off, it's Puzzle 1378b: Hemagglutinin Binder Design: Loop Graft. Everyone picked up on the 1387b thing, my mistake.

As explained in the developer chat, which happened 18 July 2017, segment 30 in puzzle 1378b was a glycan, a large sugar molecule attached to an asparagine segment.

The same glycan appeared way back in Puzzle 879: Ebola Binder Design with Disulfides at segment 134.
