Our class assignment group for a course I'm teaching appears to be entirely gone (~80 students). Thought for sure this was created before Sept 3, but on my account page it doesn't even have a link to "my group" anymore. The link that I provided to the students to join the group diverts to a page that says "access denied". Is this entire group wiped out?! Could this be a bug and the link to the group has just been cut?
Where is the 2014 Demographic Survey located now? Please post a link to it.
I finally earned Master Soloist the Monday night before Foldit went down. Can you flick the switch on my profile (http://fold.it/portal/user/421719) so I still have credit for doing so?
Thanks!
A missing index on your database may be one of the causes for the extremely poor performance of anything client-database related such as track changes, client logins etc. It would be good to verify those.
I'm still getting the parsing error on 988b and I've uninstalled foldit from my computer and re-installed it without any changes (except I lost all my offline work on 988)
It's possible to load this puzzle under the following conditions:
-or you did not update your client when coming back ("skip update")(I did update, so I had to use the following solution)
-or you run in devprev (replace "main" by "devprev" in the option.txt file in Foldit directory), with or without update.

This is probably a error caused by my web access program or my use of my web access program.
I go to foldit web site using Mozilla Firefox.
I have a short cut set up to the foldit site.
When foldit was down for maintenance, I got the "Sorry, We are down for maintenance" website.
When maintenance was done, I still got the message.
I had to delete my short cut and set up a new one to get rid of the "Sorry, we down" message.
Despite what the front page says, the more recent client has not been pushed to main, as of 11pm pacific on 9/29. Teammates using main are not receiving an update. LociOiling forced an update in main by switching from devprev to main, and the version of main she received was 20140707-373183ff75-win_x86. Players using main still have this outdated client and are still unable to play 988b.
