Best Score not updating anymore during a Wiggle All

Can you confirm, you're talking about the score displayed on the leaderboards within the Foldit app? Or do you mean the leaderboards on the https://fold.it website?

  1. Actually, both scores (Current/Best) displayed on the leaderboards
    within the Foldit app are not updating while running any function Wiggle All, Shake All, …, [WETYJS].

  2. When I start Foldit app no puzzle scores are displayed, too.

  3. Today I had/still have also problems with Undo (Ctrl&Z) function.

  4. I installed Foldit app under directory C:/Foldit_X64 - for keeping old Foldit datas for importing reasons.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, we should be able to fix this in a future update.

When I start Foldit app no puzzle scores are displayed, too.

Last week there was an issue where the puzzle leaderboard would be blank for the first 5 minutes after opening a puzzle. But this should have been fixed in an update last Friday. Can you share the build ID of your Foldit app (found under General Options -> Advanced)?

Today I had/still have also problems with Undo (Ctrl&Z) function.

Can you say more about this problem? Can you still use the Undo button in the Undo graph? Is the Undo graph not updating properly when you alter your solution? Are you able to load any previous versions of your solution, or just some of them?

I think this should be fine. Is this causing problems for you?

The leaderboards also don't show anymore, if players are ONLINE.

Undo (Ctrl&Z): 1click on Undo button was jumping to a very early version near the very beginning.

At the beginning of the new _x64 version, I tried to import my settings, but the system collapsed - It had to be reinstalled again. Now, i'm afraid of retrying because of highly possible loss of my newest played games.

How to import old solutions, too?

Unfortunately, you cannot import old solutions or old puzzles to the new app. The "Import Preferences" button only imports options, hotkeys, and view presets.

At the beginning of the new _x64 version, I tried to import my settings, but the system collapsed - It had to be reinstalled again. Now, i'm afraid of retrying because of highly possible loss of my newest played games.

In the initial release on Sep 7, there was a bug where certain options settings would cause Foldit to crash on launch. This was fixed in the update on Sep 9. If you think this is the same as the problem you were seeing before, you could try importing again.

Alternatively, it is possible to copy over individual files manually without using the "Import Preferences" button. (This might be helpful if you only care about your hotkeys, for example, but not other options.) You can locate the following files in your old Foldit data directory, and copy them to the corresponding location of your new install:
options.txt
hotkeys.txt
view-presets/
