This is our first puzzle featuring the new Hydrogen Bond Network filter. Hydrogen bond networks are sets of hydrogen bonds which span across multiple residues. HBond networks are important for our symmetric designs because they allow us to form interfaces between the symmetric copies, without making those interfaces too hydrophobic. In this puzzle, we've given you a fixed backbone that can make a number of HBond networks - and we've given you a starter network as an example. Mutate the sequence to form HBonds between the Red and Blue polar atoms on the sidechains. Be sure to check out the recent blog post for more information!

when i run a spreadsheet with the segment scoring, i get a lot of low scores especially side chain and clashing. these are on the h bond segments,
early days for this kind of puzzle, thinking a slight reduction in the bonus might be a good thing to try

With the scoring problems with this puzzle, it should be retracted until this is fixed.

have to agree with Timo, not ready for prime time

enough already, pull this thing

Should be better re-post it, after fixed…

on another note, something that would allow us to show only side chains selected, something to reduce the visual clutter

I've taken the puzzle down to investigate the scoring issues. It will be posted at a later date with the ability to load your solutions.

not fixed from dev prev. I agree with Michael, Timo and O Seki To San. please put us out of our misery and just call it a big dev prev
I still like the graphics, but not enough to be this aggravated about the scoring craziness
