Description

We had to close this puzzle due to a bug. It has been reposted as Puzzle 522b where you can load in your previous 522 solutions. We apologize for this mistake and have added a couple hours to 522b's deadline.

More info about this Flu Puzzle:

In this Foldit puzzle the helix is frozen, but you can mutate some of the residues on it.
We want you to build & design both sections on either side of the helix.
To keep the helix from moving, we have cut both those sections on either side of the helix so you can work on them with affecting the helix.
You will notice that both ends have very strong constraints to the either side of the helix.

As discussed in the Scientist Chat (http://fold.it/portal/node/991963) we have also added minimal constraints to keep these two sections in the same general area as the above screenshots.
We have also trimmed as much of the Flu as possible and frozen all its sidechains to speed up Shake and Wiggle.
