Are you sure the Residue Interaction Energy filter is enabled? Because I see lots of Tryptophans in my solution.

It is the same as 623 except the Residue Interaction Energy filter is enabled. This filter will give a score bonus or penalty based on how well your residues are scoring compared to expected values.
Remember, a symmetric protein relies not only on how well folded each part is, but also on how well they interface together - and a symmetric trimer can be thought of as having three 2-fold interfaces. Stay tuned for higher-order symmetries, like tetrahedra and octahedra!

Below your score there should be an arrow plus something that says "No bonuses, no penalties., all conditions met" (ignore the mis-punctuation) and click on the arrow.
You can click "Show" to see where (if any) of your residues are not scoring well through the Residue IE filter.
If you upload a screenshot I can try to explain any seemingly odd behavior (or more likely I will ask one of the scientists).
There is nothing that shows and there are no penalties either. The message in blue says "Residue IE Score met(REQUIRED)
I have 11 Tryptophans in my solution so far.
Sorry no facility to upload a screenshot here (unlike the feedback pages).
