This is a repost of Puzzle 805, with a few important changes. The protein backbone is no longer frozen, but there is an RMSD condition on most of the residues, to maintain the ferredoxin-like fold. This protein chain includes an extra helix at the N- or C-terminus, although you can redesign it to whatever shape you like—this helix is ignored by the RMSD condition. Reset the puzzle to alternate between the extended N- and C-terminus versions. This puzzle also includes a Residue IE filter, which monitors that all PHE, TYR, and TRP residues are scoring well.
