This interface design puzzle is similar to Puzzle 391. There is a loop at the interface which is designable, but this time you are able to insert up to 5 residues and we are using the new disembodied sidechain representation (for Phe 310). See this blogpost (http://fold.it/portal/node/989141) for more info about this new representation and if you are new to Foldit, make sure you have completed the Introductory Design Puzzles (6-1 through 6-4). For players with fewer than 150 global points.

This currently unsolved protein does not have any templates that we can use, so we are giving it to you as an extended chain. Use all your skills to fold it up as best as you can. The secondary structure predictions are posted in the puzzle comments.

The native solution for this protein will be released soon, so we wanted to give you one last chance to work on it. This time we are giving you 9 different Rosetta models as starts and 10 days to work on it. Each time you reset the puzzle it will randomly select one of these 9 structures and all 9 starts are also available in your Template Reserve in the Alignment Tool (as well as an extended chain conformation).
