A few Foldit players were able to get close to the native in Rosetta Decoy 15, but the goal of this puzzle is to see how much closer you can get given the native ghost! Here's another protein that has been changed to Alanine with a core for you to mutate. But there's a small twist: some of the loops are locked, and you insert up to 4 new segments in front of segment 1! Constraints are holding the backbone near where it starts out, so focus on the sidechains. Go into note mode for more information!
