Our fourth CASP9 target is a very big protein, with only 1 known template, but the top scoring alignment looks pretty good (so you may want to focus mainly on the loops). Just in case that alignment is incorrect, however, we are providing you with the entire sequence for that template as well (maybe you can find an even better starting alignment).

Our third CASP9 target is similar to the second one (same organism and similar templates). We are giving you 6 different templates for it and will post more puzzles with other templates for this target as well. Make sure to try out all 6 of them and please move the alignments around!

Here's the next puzzle in the Hold it! series. This protein is binding a small molecule, and forming several hydrogen bonds at one end. Things are already in a good position to form the hydrogen bonds, and they are held in place with constraints. We need you to mutate the residues around the small molecule to make better contacts! This puzzle will be relatively short!
