The twenty-second CASP10 Refinement Target was the best server prediction for target T0655, generated by the Tasser_VMT server. We've been told that ~69% of this model matches the native, so you'll need to significantly change the starting model. Luckily, they have told us which regions to focus on 1-15 & 46-59 (as well as which to ignore: residues 86-88 & 137-158). These regions are shown in Note Mode. More info in the puzzle comments.

This is the twentieth CASP10 Refinement Target. We've been told that ~77% of this model matches the native, so you'll need to refine ~23% of the structure! More info in the puzzle comments.

This is the twenty-first CASP10 Refinement Target. This model was the best server prediction for target T0752, generated by the BAKER-ROSETTASERVER (using Rosetta@home). We've been told that ~90% of this model matches the native! So (for once) you won't need to change the starting model much. In addition, the organizers have given us "Special attention regions: 41-50, 100-110, 125-128." These are highlighted in Note Mode.

As mentioned in Puzzle 608: this Rosetta model was the best server prediction for target T0722, but only ~58% of this model matches the solved structure. We are giving you this model without symmetry, in case it folds up as a monomer. This quick puzzle is worth 70 global points. More info in the puzzle comments.

This is the nineteenth CASP10 Refinement Target. This model was the best server prediction for target T0696, generated by the Bilab-Enable server. We've been told that ~71% of this model matches the native, so you just need to find which 29% to refine! Luckily, this is a short target with only 100 residues. More info in the puzzle comments.

This is the eighteenth CASP10 Refinement Target. This model was the best server prediction for target T0722, generated by the BAKER-ROSETTASERVER (using Rosetta@home). Despite being the prediction closest to the native, almost half of the model is incorrect: only ~58% of this model matches the solved structure. We believe that one possible reason is that this protein folds up as a dimer, so we are giving you the model with symmetry. Please read the puzzle comments for additional details.

The sixteenth CASP10 Refinement Target has 196 residues! This model was the best server prediction for target T0708, generated by the MULTICOM server. We've been told that ~86% of this model matches the native, so you just need to find which 14% to refine! We are giving you extra time to work on this one due to its size. More info in the puzzle comments.

This is the seventeenth CASP10 Refinement Target. This model was the best server prediction for target T0747, generated by the Mufold server. We've been told that ~83% of this model matches the native, so you just need to find which 17% to refine! Luckily, this is a short target with only 98 residues. More info in the puzzle comments.
-
This is the fifteenth CASP10 Refinement Target. We've been told that about 75% of this model matches the native, so you'll need to refine ~25% of the structure! More info in the puzzle comments.

This is the fourteenth CASP10 Refinement Target. This model was the best server prediction for target T0698, generated by the PMS server. We've been told that ~65% of this model matches the native, so you'll need to significantly change the starting model. Luckily, they have told us which regions require special attention: residues 17-35 & 90-100. These regions are shown in Note Mode. More info in the puzzle comments.
