This is the first CASP10 Refinement Target. This model was the best server prediction for target T0644, generated by the SAM-T08 server. We've been told that ~85% of this model matches the native, so you just need to find which 15% to refine! More info in the puzzle comments.

The seventh CASP10 target is not an easy one, as it's 163 residues and we don't have any alignments for the first 18 residues. We are providing you with 5 different templates, but all of them have a similar topology (that we hope is the correct one!). We will provide you with server predictions once they are released. As mentioned in Puzzle 564, we are giving you some server predictions for this CASP10 target. Resetting the puzzle will cycle through 6 different server predictions and they are available in the Alignment Tool so you can use partial threading between them. Please try to work on each of the 6 server models, not just the one that gets you the most points after a couple days. The other models might get you a better score eventually!

As mentioned in Puzzle 562, we are uncertain of the topology for T0680. We are providing you with 5 templates that span two very different topologies (in addition to the symmetry one in 562) before providing you with the server predictions that will be released next week. This target is so tough, we aren't even sure of its topology! What we do believe is that one possible topology is a coiled coil (please look at the screenshot of a template in the puzzle comments) so we are giving you this model to fold using symmetry. We will post the other non-symmetric topologies as regular puzzles.
