As mentioned in Puzzle 759, we are giving you server predictions for this CASP ROLL target. Resetting the puzzle will cycle through 5 different server predictions and they are available in the Alignment Tool so you can use partial threading between them. Please try out each start, as the topology that initially scores poorly may actually be the closest to the native and will eventually score better than everything else.

761: Revisiting Puzzle 70: Nucleosome Protein

This is a throwback puzzle to the early days of Foldit. This protein keeps the DNA neatly wrapped together. We are revisiting old Foldit puzzles so we can see how useful the recent additions to the game have been. Players will NOT be able to load in any previous solutions for these puzzles.

762: Quick Revisiting of Puzzle 69: Scorpion Toxin

This is a quick puzzle following up on the same revisited puzzle which just closed. The only aspect which is different in this quick puzzle is that the disulfide count filter is present, so you will have the chance to form disulfide bonds and get bonus points. This quick puzzle will only be up for a few days.

760: De-novo Freestyle 27: Round 2

This is Round 2 for Puzzle 757.You will be able to load in your manual saves from 757 and use them as a starting point here. This puzzle has been opened up to allow for sharing and the use of all scripts. NOTE: If you did not manually save a solution in puzzle 757, you can go back to 757, manually save it, and the solution should appear in your manual saves for this puzzle.

759: Large CASP ROLL R0040

The last CASP ROLL target was cancelled, but we have one to replace it! This is a large CASP ROLL target with 205 residues. There are no homologs, so we are starting you from an extended chain. After this puzzle closes, there will be one more round with server predictions.

756: Unsolved Salmonella Bacteriophage: Cryo-electron microscopy

The Unsolved Salmonella Bacteriophage protein that you have been working on (in puzzles 737, 740, 749) has Cryo-electron microscopy (cryo-EM) data that we can use. We are giving you the same puzzle, but this time with Cryo-EM data as an Electron Density puzzle! This is the best available experimental data that exists for this protein, so we hope it is useful to you. You can load in your previous solutions from the previous puzzles (737, 740, 749) and can find more details in the puzzle comments.

We are giving you another currently unsolved protein as an extended chain. This round only GUI scripts are allowed and sharing has been disabled. After this puzzle expires, the puzzle will be re-posted and LUA scripts and sharing will be allowed. You'll be able to load in your solutions from this puzzle and use scripting and sharing. The secondary structure predictions are provided on the starting model, with more details posted in the puzzle comments.
